Terms and Conditions for Booking Electrician and Handyman Services
1. Payment Terms
All payments for services rendered must be completed within one week of the job’s completion. Accepted payment methods will be detailed in the invoice provided.
2. Quotation Process
If a job requires a quote, a Tasker will need to visit the location to assess the work in person. Following this assessment, a quote will be provided via email. This quote must be accepted within two weeks to confirm the booking.
3. Work Guarantee
If any mistakes occur during the work performed, we will evaluate the situation and, if it is determined to be an error on the part of the worker, the necessary corrections will be made at no additional cost.
4. Job Acceptance
We reserve the right to decline any job if the required skills for the task are not available within our team.
5. Cost Variability
The final cost of services may increase or decrease depending on the materials required and the difficulty of the work involved. Any changes to the initial quote will be communicated promptly.
6. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their booking without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less then 24 hours before start may incur a cancellation fee.
7. Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the work performed. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
8. Property Damage
We take great care when performing our services; however, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damages or conditions that may affect the work performed.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and free from any hazards. If additional work is required due to unsafe conditions, the customer will be informed, and additional charges may apply.
10. Compliance with Regulations
All work performed will comply with local regulations and safety standards. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain any necessary permits or approvals unless otherwise agreed.
